Refund & Cancellation Policy
Transparent deposit, rescheduling, and refund guidelines for patients at Le.J Plastic Surgery.
This policy applies to all bookings and services provided by our clinic.
Booking Deposit
A deposit of 10% of the total service price may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service. If applicable, this deposit is considered a down payment and will be applied toward the total cost of the service upon your visit.
Cancellation & Refund
The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the user.
If a booking is cancelled due to circumstances on the part of the medical provider, the full amount paid by the user will be refunded.
Refund conditions may vary. Please confirm the specific cancellation terms prior to completing your booking.
Appointment Changes
Requests to reschedule an appointment are subject to availability and internal scheduling. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, some requests may not be possible depending on circumstances.
Additional Services
Additional services such as interpretation, hotel accommodation, and airport pickup may be available depending on your booking. Please inquire at the time of booking for details.
